What is the return policy?
At DUMARKIN, every product is made to order — printed and fulfilled individually for each customer.
Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
All sales are final. Please make sure to review your order details, size, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dumarkin106@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll review the situation and, if applicable, send a replacement at no additional cost.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Wrong size or color ordered
- Change of mind after purchase
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used

When will I get my order?
Because all items are made to order, please allow up to 1 week for your order to be produced and shipped.
Once your order leaves our print partner (Printify), standard delivery typically takes 3–4 business days, depending on your location.
